This year has been filled with growth and challenges. I’m thankful for all the PD opportunities we had. I’m thankful for the first grade team, and having a team that is supportive. I’m also thankful for my teaching partner, Emi has been an incredible support this year. We have learned a lot together and I’m thankful for sharing a year together and making what is best for our students.

I am forever grateful to have a job that I am happy to come to every single day. Every year there is a new, strong relationship I have so much to learn from ( teacher-assistant ) and also children that become a family. The team has always been supportive in every way and willing to help if they can. CM has been a blessing because it has given me emotional and economic stability. I’m so grateful for my Kinder Team, each one of the teachers makes it special and are amazing. Coming back after having a baby was nerve wracking and it felt weird, however, since day one i had the full support of my team. Especially my Pululahua Team and my neighbors from Tungurahua. This year has been a success because of Majo that has been my right hand, she has been wonderful. Thank you ♥️
Also, I’m grateful for the support Jose and Maca has given me throughout these past months. Couldn’t have done it without your advice on how to be a great mom and teacher haha

There are many things I'm thankful for this school year. First of all, I'm grateful for the great opportunity that I was given to transition from PG to kinder. I learned so much and I'm thankful for the great support that José gave me throughout this school year.
I'm thankful for all the resources that the school provides I feel lucky to work in a place were we are able to have many nice things in our classrooms.
Lastly, I'm grateful to myself for not giving up when I thought I was not able to do it! It's been a hard year of learning and also an emotional year. A Rollercoaster of emotions but I'm thankful that I came to work happy and I gave my all to my students.

I am grateful for having an amazing class this year. Pao and I have learned and enjoyed so much working and sharing with our loving and caring Tungurahuas.
I am also grateful for the K team, not only as coworkers but as friends too. Always there to support and give a hand when needed.
And finally, I will always be grateful for working at Colegio Menor, because more than being the place I work in, it has been my home since I live I Ecuador.

I'm grateful to be part of such a caring community that not only cares of how I am in a professional way, but also in my personal life. I can't be grateful enough to have a job that I love to come every day. Yes, it is challenging and demanding, but it is all worth it if I am surrounded by people who appreciate our hard work, and of course our kids, not students because they become part of us. For many years, I have felt grateful for my job, for the plentiful resources I have in my class, for having a beautiful green courtyard right outside my classroom. I am thankful for enjoying something different every day, and for having laughter and children by my side, and even a mid-morning snack. I`m thankful to work with young beautiful humans that teach me every day about the power of love and connection. I am beyond grateful for being able to work in a school like this. I have worked many years at Colegio Menor, it is my second home, and the people who work here are like family to me. Every day, I am happy doing what I do and having endless opportunities for growth in every moment.
I am grateful for my friends; with them, we laugh, cry, support each other, and push each other backs to be better teachers every day. They are the biggest pillar for my well-being and I want to continue growing together.
I am also grateful for having my children close by and the opportunities that this school provides them. Being able to rely on teachers like the ones they have, who take care of them and teach them, is priceless.
Despite being in this profession for many years, we never stop learning, and Colegio Menor provides us with the opportunities to continue growing with each professional development it offers. Yo estoy agradecida por cada día en el Colegio, por mis compañeros de trabajo y los niños.
Este año, doy gracias, en especial por la comprensión y el apoyo recibido ante esta situación de salud que nunca imaginé enfrentar, si bien no es algo grave, ha sido algo que ha involucrado mucha paciencia y cuidado, para recuperarme bien. Me duele no haberme despedido de los niños y también terminar el año a la distancia, pero guardo en mi corazón a cada uno de mis alumnos y compañeras. Les he extrañado un montón y les quiero mucho.
