Discovery: Jour Parayno

First of all, the AJHS holds a daily mass in the morning before classes start in the Kostka chapel. This helps in integrating the students in mass, and encourages them to go daily. The AJHS also holds occasional masses during wellness Wednesdays, or on special Christian celebrations. This helps students participate in mass, and use time for God instead of school.

Dream: Marvel Castor

It's a good idea to connect what we learn in regular classes with the teachings of the Church. This means adding lessons about being kind, honest, and helping others. When we see how our studies relate to being good people, it helps us grow spiritually too. This idea connects with the "Servant Church" model, which is all about using education to make the world a better place. Another thing we could work on is giving students more chances to connect with their faith. Right now, we focus a lot on academics, which is important, but we also need to make time for things like prayer, thinking about what we believe, and getting guidance on spiritual stuff. This is all about helping students become more involved in their faith, kind of like how the Church is supposed to be there to help people grow and serve others.

Design: Nathan Quirante

In our opinion it is best to also prioritize giving students more chances to connect with their faith. As academics is a priority already, we should also give a chance for our faith, and not only give all of our time for acads only. As an Atenean student, we should participate more in involving our faith, even by simply attending mass. We could also participate in serving the church, which some of our peers do.

Destiny: Pilipo Nuestro

Although some of our peers already participate by serving the church, it is not very well known throughout the school. Only a small number of people are serving our church, and it would be better if it was more influential, and more students would serve for their faith. They could make it more known, and allow us to know more about it in order for more students to join. For us, an optimal future set-up for our Christian faith in school is for more students to be joining in serving the church, and each student having their own little way of being involved in our faith. If everyone has a part in professing our faith, it shows the Church as being one, as everyone is involved, and each has their own unique way in professing their faith.
