In this world, many people only pursue results and forget the importance of the process. Therefore, when they fail, they will only feel ashamed of it, and will not find out what happened and why it happened. In fact, we need to improve ourselves by identifying all of these.

Other than that, I know that I can do better than before. All I need is not to worry about where I am and just focus on where I want to be. Stop letting the outside world control my thoughts and start seeing my results like strangers. Instead of focusing on the results I don't want and locking myself in that thought cycle, it's better to go beyond them and think about what I really want. Think about the ideas that will generate the ideas I want. This may be the basis for success, and it will lead us to the right path.

Application strategy
Application strategies can be divided into "machine gun" and "sniper". "Machine Gun" submitted as many applications as possible to many companies. This helps increase the likelihood of being interviewed and raises awareness of our usability. "Sniper" focuses on or specifically applies for specific vacancies. It may meet the requirements of some companies, but it cannot be used as a general application submission.

Interview preparation
Learning, preparation, research and practice are important in every part of the interview. Even though the interview may be short, try to let the interviewer know and understand the difference between us and other candidates. We need selective honesty, and we must be prepared physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Tension can cause us to forget and be unable to answer questions. Therefore, preparation is very important to make us more confident and able to answer the interviewer clearly.


How are you going to apply his strategy to your own job search?

The strategy I will use is the "machine gun" strategy. This can help me find the most suitable job and give me more opportunities in different fields. I also use interview preparation strategies. I think practice can be perfect, which can help get more job opportunities.
