<title>Reflection: As I sat and observed, I noticed how Ms. Williams continuously encouraged her students to work as a team. A 10-minute timer was set as the students gathered information to find Food Chains and their Primary Sources (commonly called: &quot;Talk &amp; Turn&quot;) Once the timer stopped, Ms. Williams asked questions, which gave them the opportunity to explain their answers. The students were engaged and the teacher was coherent. She walked around the room, as she gave suggestions and feedback along the way. Her zealous approach &amp; attitude towards the students were unmatched. I was marveled by the way she complimented them. A perfect example of &quot;Growth Mindset, at its finest.</title>
