https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0JDkNOSUK1w
It's important to separate our fun areas from our concentration areas. Keeping them together can cause clutter which can make it harder to concentrate. Which can cause stress and damage what you learn. It's healthy to have distinguished areas for relaxing, concentrating, eating, and playing games. Connecting these areas will make you think of the other options to do rather than doing what is needed. Having a place just for studying and doing homework can make it a stress free zone where you can relax and focus.

How to Stop Procrastinating

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H0k0TQfZGSc
This video tells about a strategy to really begin studying and to focus and make your studying more effective. The idea is to mold the strategy into your own and make studying less stressful and easier to sit down and do. This step will also help not to procrastinate and cause less stress on a student. Try the steps in the video and adapt your own study skills for the best effect. I can say that I have to have a clean environment around me. So before beginning I usually clean up a little while my computer wakes up. Then I will open the windows for natural lighting to cause my eyes less stress. Then I will set a time to get up and take a break. In the video it recommends 25 mins and then a 5 minute break. I usually work for about two hours at a time. I've found that I can really focus for two hours before I start to think about other things. It's all about finding something that works for you to make studying less of a task and more of a knowledge increase.
