Because you realize it’s not just a supposed “black criminal” who is targeted, it’s the whole spectrum of black faces from Yonkers to Yale. You start to wonder if it should be all black people who wear body cams, not the cops.

This is a claim of policy as it looks at the fear of the Black community in a whole and how white people aren't scared of Criminals who are Black instead of Black people who they think are Criminals and by following with the body camera quote shows that the way the system is currently set up is bound to keep continually failing Black Citizens.
