2.) My core strengths are creative thinking , resourceful ,  artistic , poetic . 

3.) My weakness is talking or speaking in front of a crowd or an audience or any kind of performance on stage because of stage fright. I have an ability to be resourceful and find different ways to solve a problem. My talents are writing poems, playing instruments. 

4.) I can overcome or compensate for my weakness by conquering the fear of speaking in front of a crowd by practicing it and thinking of all the positive things that can be incorporated with it. 

5.) I can further enrich my talents, abilities by doing it over and over again until it improves or until it eventually become something better.
