I'd be interested in doing some kind of a session on advocating (internally to your institution) for your office--whether that's increasing staff, growing your budget, getting a seat at the table, having an office at all, you name it. Could be interesting to have some different institutional perspectives here.

Calling all CC NORDP Members (and other Centers)! I thought it would be helpful to hold a session about working in RD in a Center. This can include traditional RD activities (proposal development, workforce development, etc.) and also CCSG management. Do you work with faculty before an RFP/NOFO is released? In my new role as a capture manager, I engage faculty before agencies publish RFPs to prepare and position teams to pursue funding opportunities. Advanced knowledge may come from DCLs, NOIs, strategic plans, and watching federal budget priorities.
