         <description><![CDATA[<div>There is a blade that spins and squeezes the juice out of the produce.<br>the "pulp" is separated from the juice, so there is no work to do besides washing the produce and putting it in the juicer.<br>Below is a short video demonstrating how to use a common juicer.          <description><![CDATA[<div>juicers separate the juice from the fiber, or pulp, which is the solid part of the produce<br>blenders don't separate anything, so what you're left with is a substance that's a lot thicker than juice<br>you obtain soluble fiber with both juicers and blenders, but you only get insoluble fiber with blenders<br>soluble fiber helps slow the transit of your food through your digestive tract<br>insoluble fiber is what makes you feel full, it keeps you "regular" since your body won't feel hungry since you're not absorbing as much of it</div>]]></description>
