For this piece I had to create a flyer about a surf class from scratch. I had to do things like formating, insert a picture, change the font size, change the color of the text, do bullet points, move text without deleting the text, change the color of the picture, put a frame on the picture, etc. It took me about 2-3 days to finish it. When I submitted it the first time I got a 64. But then I went back and fixed it and got a 100. For example, I had to look at the United States map and find the coordinates to where Montgomery, Alabama is. Another example that I had is I had the coordinates but I had to find what city had those coordinates. It took about 2 days to finish with my partner. What I had to do was i had a word and I had to find the correct definition to that word with a pack it I had been given. I also had to match the word to the definition. This had taken me about 1class period and around 20 minutes at home to finish. Measurable- It will take me 4 years of high school and about 2 years of college. So in total it will take me about 6 years.
Attainable/Achievable- A skill that is necessary is a lot of studying. HOS needed are persistence and excellence.
Realistic- I think my goal is realistic.

  In life I would like to become a nurse. My goal to help me get there is to study more and work harder. The reason I need to study more is because I don’t do enough of studying and I get distracted very easily so I need to work on that. I just need to work harder because a lot of the time I’m not proud of the work I do. 
 
 I feel like academically and skill-wise I am no where near to become a nurse. I plan to take classes like biology, chemistry, anatomy, etc in high school  to get ahead for when I’m in college. Also, I am a slow learner so I feel if I take classes in high school I won’t be as confused as to what I’m doing for when I’m in college.
 
 My parents are very supportive in me becoming a nurse. A positive thing I would say to my future self is to stay focused on your school work. I still need help with learning what all a nurse does. Changes and modifications to reach my goal are to study more and not absence over certain assignments being perfect. I’m preparing myself by taking some nursing classes in high school and if I have a question about what I would do I would ask my cousin who is a nurse.
