As Yolcu (2023) says, the teacher is no longer just someone who transmits knowledge, but someone who guides, accompanies, and becomes a mentor, facilitating personalized learning experiences. Artificial intelligence can adapt to the styles and paces of each student, helping us provide more personalized attention. But that doesn't happen on its own: it is us, the teachers, who must learn to use these tools, guide them, and, above all, maintain the human side of learning.

Personally, using ChatGPT made me think about how this technology can motivate students to participate more, practice without fear, and receive immediate feedback. But I also felt that as a teacher in training, I have a great responsibility: to teach my students how to use AI meaningfully, without relying on it blindly, and knowing that their critical thinking and emotions remain the most valuable in the classroom.

I also acknowledge that there are challenges: not everyone has equal access to these technologies, and many times algorithms can have biases or errors. That's why, as Yolcu states, teachers must be prepared, constantly train, and work as a team to ensure that AI is used ethically, fairly, and safely.

In conclusion, this experience taught me that teaching today is not just about knowing a subject, but being willing to learn, to adapt, and to always put students at the center, even as technology advances. Artificial intelligence can be an incredible ally, but we will always need teachers who teach with empathy, creativity, and heart.
