First of all, I have seen instances of overstepping responsibilities especially between other departments. The communication flow has been ignored as other departments, as well as higher-ups (PH and CBs) were not informed of such changes happening between their already approved work. This issue may be due to the discord channel being unorganized not only for this department, but for the project as a whole. The current discord server does not reflect the flow of command that has been established by the organization.
