         <description><![CDATA[<div>According to the Canadian Food Guide, teenagers should have approximately 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables, 6-7 servings of grains, 3-4 servings of milk and alternatives, and 2-4 servings of meat and alternatives. Based off of these guidelines, the Atkins Diet is not healthy for teens simply because it does not provided enough grains, fruits, and vegetables, as well as having too many servings of meat and alternatives. All in all, the Atkins Diet doesn't give teens the vitamins and minerals that they need and doesn't create a balanced diet.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>According to the Canadian Society Of Exercise Physiology (CSEP), teenagers should have at least 60 minutes of physical activity everyday including 20 minutes of vigorous physical activity. This will ensure that teens keep a healthy body weight, have more energy, and are at a lower risk of disease. Based off of the CSEP's research, the Atkins Diet is not healthy for teens because it only supports 20 minutes of physical activity and that is not enough for teens to maintain a good overall health. <br><br></div>]]></description>
