         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hilton Berhad is a big company with a large number of employees. Due to a size of an organisation, Hilton is facing up with hiring process on a regular basis. The first suggestion in order to improve recruitment process is using internal resources. The main direction of an organisation is hotel management and working task for staff is similar to each other. By training and improving special skills of employees Hilton Berhad can focus on internal resources and find suitable human resources in an existing team. The advantage of this recruitment strategy is that Hilton can provide better job to proven employee. Also, an organisation can avoid recruitment and selection processes by preferment best workers. However, it is a good opportunity to improve turnover rate.<br><br>Another one option for recruitment process is to provide school placement or, in other words, internship. An organisation has nothing to lose by using this strategy. Young people who have just graduated from colleges have no working experience but they might come out with fresh ideas and lots of motivation. Providing internship is a good idea because Hilton can test and prove interns during placement process and choose the most suitable employee. Also, normally, an internship is unpaid. First of all, Hilton gets fresh graduated young people who are ready to work. And in other hand, students are getting working experience. So, this option can help both of the parties. <br><br>The biggest part of work in Hilton Berhad is working directly with customers. Hostel management team creates the first impression of an organisation, creates image and brand. But, whether it is good or bad is depending on employees’ attitude and level of a service. Team members of a hotel should be always polite, be in a good mood and be able to help and provide an information about accommodation to customers. Also, it is good for employees to be able to act in a difficult stress situation. So, after the first part of a recruitment is done and resumes of all applicants are selected, it is good to test most suitable of them on their personality. Results of a test will show whether a person is an extrovert or introvert, does he has problem-solving skills, is he able to work in a team and much other interpersonal information.</div>]]></description>
