I hope you are in the pink of health. My family and I are doing great here in Kuala Lumpur. I would like to express my sincere thankfulness for the birthday card and money.  Thank you so much, aunty! 

This year, my birthday celebration was celebrated with joy and many of my friends came to my birthday party. It was a simple party with scrumptious food. Even though I was quite sad that you were not here, but I am thankful for receiving your letter. As for the money, I used it to buy new books for my studies. We planned that we are going to visit you in London next month since it is the winter season. As you know, my mom loves to play with the snow.
