HOW TO CARE: control the bleeding by applying pressure, clean the wound with water, seek medical attention, if the cut is to deep or wont stop bleeding and cover it with a syringe bandage

HOW TO CARE: if torn tissue may be reattached, the avulsed tissue should be placed on moist gauze, preferably saturated with saline solution. It I then put into a plastic bag. Immersed in cold water, and take alog with the athlete to the hospital for reattachment
