The element that most stands out is the colors, they are so different and the art itself shows how much they long for each other but are a part of two very different worlds. These methods compared to the others are more put together in my opinion. Squiggly lines are new to me and i definitely will try to use them in later projects. Pastel!” Easy beginners video. What I learned from this video is, how to use chalk pastels,  and how its better to not use lines but shadows to create a three dimensional object. This tutorial helps me practice different styles of art which helps me find which style will fit me best while still having some knowledge of other styles. Another thing I noticed is I didn't have to only use one kind of technique, I used something to scratch the oil pastel from the page to change the texture. I made the art lighter as it went on, the lightest being on the right.
