The Arytenoid cartilages are connected to the thyroid cartilage by ligaments. those pivot, abduct and adduct the vocal cords to produce sound.

This supplies the SA node, most of the right ventricle part of the left ventricle via the posterior interventricular artery, the posterior 1/3 of the interventricular septum and the AV node.
other branches include the right marginal branch.

L coronary artery: 

Supplies the L atrium, most of L ventricle by the marginal and LAD branches, part of the R ventricle by the LAD branch , Anterior 2/3rd of the interventricular branch via the LAD branch , the AV node and bundle, and the SA node.

has the LAD branch heading to the apex of the heart 
another branch is the circumflex branch which gives rise to the L marginal branch.
