         <description><![CDATA[<p>The playlist model (or a similar idea) should be used more in classrooms on a regular basis. Many students struggle enough outside of school, our job here at school should be to make school fun, safe and welcoming. Being set in certain ways and not allowing students choices, forcing them to only do work one way, will often trigger students, cause meltdowns and bring out frustrations. The playlist allows several options for students to feel they are in control, can choose how they want to meet the objective and to work at a comfortable pace for them. </p>]]></description>
