         <title>I’m still not exactly clear as to the distinctions between sheltered and content-based instruction. One can use math to teach English but one must teach English in order to teach math content … even with native English speakers. Advanced language is essential to comprehend advanced mathematical concepts, and as such, automatically determines how far and how quickly a student can advance in math.</title>
