As a result to this it means that the aminon acids are avaliable in the body for muscle repair and growth.&nbsp;<br><br>They should increase or begin exercising and physical activity, not a lot of elderly people enjoy going to the gym due to the availability and peer pressure. Therefore, to improve their physical active lifestyle they can do exercises classes that are suited to them. For example, water aerobics or swimming in general Ian a good way to slowly introduce them to exercise that’s not too strenuous.&nbsp;<br><br>By doing this regularly which is weight resisted it will allow the individuals&nbsp;to increase their muscle mass. </div>]]></description>
