The vision, mission, goals, and outcomes (VMGO) serve as the cornerstone of an educational institution. When we say mission it is a statement defines its objectives, and how it will reach these objectives. It is use to describe their founding purpose and major organizational commitments of  what they do and why they do it. It helps to focus on what really matters as it directed toward the vision and goals in our life. As for me, I also have a mission in myself. In my field and in my education. I see myself progressing both professionally and academically. My academic experience is both challenging and inspiring. But aside from that I'm always ready to invest my time in obtaining all the skills and knowledge in my field necessary for professional progress  even though I see many challenges and difficulties ahead of me. In five years, I hoped to have achieved my desired outcomes and be willing to improve. I am open to learning new things. In order to succeed in the future that is ahead of me, all I want to do is manage my time effectively between my classes and go through any beyond any barriers or challenges that may stand in my way. I pray the Lord with all of my heart for wisdom and guidance so that I will have the strength to continue thriving each and every day in pursuit of my dreams.

The CTU has a mission for their to have a better future for thier school and for their students also. The CTU mission is to be the leading edge, CTU provide advanced professional and technical instruction for special purposes, advanced studies, industrial trade, teacher education, engineering, maritime, information technology and other relevant fields of study. It shall undertake research, production and extension services, and provide progressive leadership across the areas of specialization for global empowerment. To achieve this mission of CTU will produces highly qualified graduates in different fields of profession. But in order to obtain this qualification, we as a students in this university must first be willing to learn and participate to school's activities. The school needs to molded every students to be knowledgeable enough in their field. The student then becomes an active and professional with it's field of profession. 

Each and every one of us has goals in life, and I am no different. At the moment, I want to finish college and, of course, get a degree. I have various specific goals I want to accomplish while attending this university in addition to my general goal, which is the same as any other student's. Some of these aspirations include learning new skills and improving my educational capabilities, using what I learn in the classroom to enhance my future career, and to feel a sense of accomplishment from completing something that I started. My expertise and understanding in my profession and its processes have given me the chance to progress in the future, but I can already see the limitation of how high I can go with only those abilities. My aim is to finish what I've started and earn my degree to demonstrate that, if and when it arises, I can say that I'm capable of working in this field in the future.

The CTU have also a goal for their university. The goal of CTU is to achieve a high level of education in the Philippines through various programs that ensure a good education system. This is an offer of various programs that each student can study and choose the course they want to enter. to grow the knowledge of every student, this university is where there are good benefits that can be brought and shared to every student. The CTU have also a goal that will make the university known not only in the Philippines but also in the other countries. The goal of CTU will help to shape the future of every students and also can give an impact to the university. Even though CTU is a state university but they didn't settle for less, they aiming bigger that will be beneficial to the university. CTU aim to be recognized globally, they want to show that we are globally competitive. If we say globally competitive, it refers to good quality that can compete even with other countries' capabilities and that one of the goals in CTU.
