Here's my recipe, it's really easy: 

Combine 3 cups of fairtrade chocolate chips in a pot with a pinch of salt and a can of sweetened condensed milk. Heat on medium, stirring constantly until it's melted. 

When it's melted evenly, add 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla, and 1/4 cup of chopped Andes mints. Stir until evenly distributed. Pour into an 8x8 pan, cover, and cool in the fridge for two hours.
