Mrs. Williams is a chocolate-loving writer who loves kids, chocolate and really good stories. She's a fun person to hang out with, but she really loves seeing kids learning and growing.

She also may be a little hungry. Those chocolate cupcakes look nummy!

Hershey and Nestle chocolate don't do it for me. It has to be GOOD chocolate. I like Dove's promises, but just knowing that child slaves farm (for all the major chocolate companies) is enough to make me swear off them.

Since I'm extremely picky about chocolate and suppliers, I've been getting my fix with homemade fudge. Here's my recipe, it's really easy:

Combine 3 cups of fairtrade chocolate chips in a pot with a pinch of salt and a can of sweetened condensed milk. Heat on medium, stirring constantly until it's melted.

When it's melted evenly, add 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla, and 1/4 cup of chopped Andes mints. Stir until evenly distributed. Pour into an 8x8 pan, cover, and cool in the fridge for two hours. Enjoy.
