I still remember seeing the ads of the Wells Fargo campaign after the incident and thinking it was a little embarrassing. I think that getting back up after something like this is quite hard, and the consequences of not being ethical or doing the right thing in the corporate world, which is something that this module has taught me to avoid if its ever in my way.

While reading through Module 2, I came across a statement by Google about their culture saying that working at Google was fun, so I decided to look at their offices and find out if they looked fun, and they did. The offices look very inviting and relaxed, not strict or "gray" I guess you could say. Having this kind of space for employees gives it a more relaxed and fun vibe, which I think gives way to more creativity, which is important for tech companies like Google.

While reading through the module, I found some similarities between decentralized organizations and cryptocurrency. Traditionally, organizations are centralized, with top management making most decisions, the same goes with banks which are centralized. Decentralized organizations, however, rely on decisions of many other managers who are closer to employees or clients, much like cryptocurrencies, which are decentralized finances, or DeFi, and do not go through banks or anything of that sort, everything is up to whoever holds the cryptocurrency. I hope I explained myself well.

Mentioning Amazon again, their organization just amazes me and is truly an inspiration. Their strategies that they use to achieve their goals has to be something truly incredible. From how they decide where to build a warehouse, operations, etc, it is truly amazing how they strategize and use tactics to control their operations and achieve their goals. I consider them to be an inspiration and take a lot of what they do and remember that so I can apply it in what I plan to do.
