In an age where you're trying to fully develope your mind, You're confused to the sudden changes you're going through.
I suggest to not take that in to your mind. As a minor myself, I have develope many insecurities that lead me to eating disoder. It feels like you are ashamed of yourself for just eating in general. People call you out, family, friends, everybody. I didn't felt loved until someone told me and explained about life. I realized that I'm not alone and I want you to step up and be who you are. You're all wonderful in your own way! :)
