It is the ability which helps us to navigate the flood of digital information provided by the Internet. These includes: 

● Search Literacy: the ability to search effectively for information online.
● Tagging Literacy: the ability to tagging online material so that they are findable.
● Information Literacy: the ability to being able to critically evaluate sources más information. 
● Filtering Literacy: knowing how to manage information overload.
● Attention Literacy: knowing when to switch off as well as on. 
For instance: there are lots of tutorials in YouTube of how to search effectively for information online in order to sabe time.
