"What the health?" is a great documentary. The producer explain the impact of meat based diet on your health. It's very factual . There's a lot of reviews showing that meat and dairy products are much worse than sugar or salt when we're talking about cancer or chronic diseases. Its struck a chord with me because I always had a concern abou my health and made me rethink my way of living and eating.

Last week I read "Thinking fast and slow". This book is about neuropsychology. In other words, this book describes the system 1 and 2 of the brains and explains with examples and articles how our behaviour is defined by our lives until we reach the age of 5.
It's quite interesting but it's not for everyone. For me it's a page-turner, I couldn't put it down. But I have a friend who tried to read it too, but she couldn't relate to it.
If I had to give a score to the book, I would give a 9/10 because it is that good. Everyone should try it and I think you won't regret it.

One of the books I thought it was a real page turner was Pastoral American. Despite I don't related to the main character, the Sweden, he represents the unsucess of american dream. He did everything right, but he lost his family. He is really struck a chord with lot of people. I think Sweden wife represents the change of american society. She started to be an lovely wife, but when she lost her daughter she became futile and she only wants to appear sucessful, although she was unhappy.

Rich Dad Poor Dad

This book is about a story about a kyiosaki life´s. Itr was a real page turner. The plot is about financial adviser for teh common people. The book is related to a rich dad of Kyiosaki, the "second" father that he explain how became a rich, and a poor dad, the original father that was a PhD. In the beggining the story is far-fetched because tehe society think in degrees and identifiy with the way to be financial wealth, but the "second father" explains to Kiyosaki to can put it down, and think thw way to be rich and not about to get a degree. The book is very interesting because invite us to reflect about the stabilished dogmas in our society.
