I won't be using AI. But if we're talking skills, I want to use empathy as an example. More specifically, Emotional intelligence, and it all starts with being self-aware. You can't tell someone that they need to care for something or someone without giving reasons; it's all show, don't tell. It's similar to character writing and writing in general; you can't just tell your readers to care for a character just because. show their ambitions, personality, background, goals, etc.

I typically go outside and swing when I get any negative feelings or emotions because it helps me process things and gives me solitude. All the other anxiety tricks that people give me to try don’t work for me. However, I don’t really know if that would work for everyone.

I do a 4,4,4 rule. 4 seconds of breathing in, 4 seconds holding, and 4 seconds exhaling. when we get anxious we start to breathe heavier which increases heart rate. This is how you avoid it!
