Resources for best practices

Pointing to or curating resources/references/studies on what sorts of initiatives and activities have been done and what works/doesn't, etc. Don't want to reinvent the wheel.

I still worry about how we can be effective when we have the same challenges: colleagues who don't "have the time" or don't see why this is important, capacity challenges, data challenges.

I am wondering about sharing resources related to best practices for using DEI to improve mathematics courses, programs, structures, practices, etc. Is there/can there be a shared resource space? Will we continue to develop our own knowledge throughout the year?

The timeline for department teams... there are a lot of moving pieces and our work will involved people from various offices... I know from experience that we (our team) will not have total control on the timing of when tasks are completed.
