This shows that working with others is better and much more efficient than working alone.<br><br>&nbsp;How did reading or viewing the source help you understand your topic better?&nbsp;<br>Reading this speech helped me understand more about my topic on teamwork because, it brought a different example, then what i was thinking about, businesses and they would make more money and better products with great teamwork.<br><br>How did the creator of the text get these ideas across to the reader or viewer?<br>The creator got the message across to the reader by giving her speech with a motive and she motivated people to have good teamwork. He explains how teamwork is a necessity, and how everyone uses it.<br><br> How did the creator of the text get these ideas across to the reader or viewer? <br>The speaker got his ideas across to the audience by throwing his logic at them and encouraging them to use teamwork. He gets involved with the crowd, he wins them over with his confidence. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>What I have learned throughout this project, is that teamwork actually really helps out a lot. I learned that team work can be used for many different things and many different ways.<br>I choose this topic of "working as a team, is better than working alone" because, I love being efficient, so what better way to be efficient than working together with other people who have great work ethics.<br>    Some of my personal contributions to teamwork, is playing sports. On the football field or on the basketball court, you must work with you teammates to achieve the end goal, to win the game.</div>]]></description>

People built gigantic temples and pyramids, that takes great communication and teamwork!
