Briefing on food preparation. </div><ul><li>The group had decided upon the activity of making sandwiches and agar-agar for the children in the orphanage. </li></ul><div>2. Tasks were distributed among the group members.</div><ul><li>Videos editing, photography: Stephanie Law, Chia Xin Yun </li><li>Preparation of food : Slyvie Ngu, Ti Shin Jan , Chow Yin Xin</li><li>Administration: Law Gar Yi, Peng Hui Ting</li></ul><div>3. Briefing on food purchasing and materials needed. </div><ul><li>Our group had decided to purchase all the food needed for Rumah KIDS a day before the visit. The  food will be prepared on the night before the visit.</li><li>Stephanie, Xin Yun and Hui Ting will bring the jelly moulds, sandwich cutter and food containers from home. </li><li>Action by : Stephanie Law </li></ul><div>2. Pre-making of food before the actual preparation</div><ul><li>Purpose of it is to try out the result of the food to prevent unwanted waste of food materials due to mistakes or too many leftover food. </li><li>This activity will be carry out at Hui Ting's house at 24th Jan 2017, estimated budget is around RM15.</li><li>Action by: Hui Ting </li></ul><div>3. Venue for food preparation </div><ul><li>The group has decided to use the food processing lab or culinary suite at Taylor's University to prepare the food.</li><li>Booking of the lab in advance is required to ensure availability of venue.
