Fry thinks that it's going to be a giant party and a really fun time, but it actually became a very prim and proper occasion. The whole movie is about a robot, that is stuck with the task of cleaning up the Earth, after we have destroyed all of the nature and then left.. Throughout the movie you see how important it is to preserve nature and to protect the balance of it. In the beginning of the movie WALL-E, the main character, finds another robot that goes into space where all humans live now. When he goes into space, he realizes how terrible things have become. All of the people are really fat, because they never walk. This man can live on his own in basically any condition, and not only survive, but thrive. He even has his own show called "Man VS Wild", released in 2006, where he and his filming crew are dropped in the middle of basically nowhere and they have to survive and find their way back to civilization.
