Also ensure supervisors are supporting those learning spaces that can be out of the department (ex. YWCA conference Racial Justice summit, etc.)

There are so many opportunities on campus and beyond, perhaps using a page on the Hub to link to sites that list various types of opportunities. Assure folks that this is something they can take work time to do, but also that they are not required.

Great options could be lunch and learns, does not have to be half day or all day training. Sometimes that is too much-we can’t get that much time off or there is too much stuff presented you can’t remember it or put into practice.

A mix would be great -simple to complex, how to use sharepoint, email tips, organization ideas, how to succeed at virtual meetings, watching save discussion on short Ted talk. I’m sure breakfast club can come up with.
