The Residencies listed within the state of Florida include Peri-operative, Critical Care, Emergency Department, and more. 

Residencies at Mayo are for new graduates or experienced RN's for a period not to exceed one year from the date of hire into the position; the position will provide high-quality didactic and clinical experiences needed to help you become a well-rounded RN. A selection committee will carefully review each candidate's completed application and supporting documentation before the pre-screening and interview process will begin. Upon acceptance into the program, candidates will be paid a market competitive RN hourly rate and will be considered benefits eligible. Satisfactory performance at the end of the program training period will lead to an offer to continue with employment as a  RN at Mayo Clinic.
