Pay: According to Indeed avg. $36.35/hour or $64,547 a year. Another source, "Glassdoor", reports a $23-$45 hourly rate as an RN at Mayo Clinic. For example, an RN in the ED at Mayo, the average pay is $27.97 an hour with room for negotiation depending on education level and experience.

Benefits for Today: The Mayo Clinic offers a wide variety of benefits such as medical, dental, and vision care insurance. Also, Life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability is also offered through their time away program.

Benefits and Your Family: child and elder care, employee assistance program, up to $10,000 in adoption assistance, and up to $12,000 for dependent scholarships.
