I always found the Wii fun because everyone in the class got involved. This was a great experience with technology and a great way to keep students physically active and have fun at the same time. Growing up, my teachers always made that game a fun way to learn new material. It's a very easy game to learn how to use and maneuver through. They used computers to help us. On the computer they had games for science, social studies, math, and language arts. There were cartoon characters that talked to us and helped us learn new information. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the software they had us using, but it helped my computer skills as well as typing skills. I use my computer for every class. That was an awesome experience. It was a fun, interesting, and unique way for us to learn more about the planets and space. While hostessing, we used iPads to track reservations and mark off the people who came in versus the customers who were no shows. This wasn't a good experience with technology for me. It was very frustrating because sometimes the app would be slow or malfunction which would then mess up the whole night.
