They have a&nbsp; frequency of about 8 × 1014 to 3 × 1016 cycles per second. Because these are rays and not waves, they do not require a medium.&nbsp;<br><br>2.Provide at least two examples of UV Rays in everyday life.</div><div>        UV rays are used in everyday life in hospitals. Hospitals use UV lamps to sterilise surgical equipment. People also use suitable doses of ultraviolet rays to produce vitamin D.
