2. Successful online S4L Programme through the Zoom platform. Great coordination and organisation between teaching and non-teaching staff.
3. Successful Intensive English Programme. The English team saved no efforts in supporting the new students (both boys and girls) and delivered excellent classes and tailor-made assessments.
4. Active Committee participation of team members as heads of committees and mentors. 
5. Good sessions in the Sharing Hub. I look forward to more informative sessions in term 2.
6. Successful Cross-curricular sessions between the English and PE departments. I look forward to more with other departments.
7. Creative workshops to maximize learning and collaboration using technology. This term, we used Wakelet for class work and department work. We used Classkick for classwork and assessment etc.
8. Extra support and mentoring has been given to the new joiners this term. This is reflected in the students' performance in CA & EOT as well as their behaviour for learning.
9. Good pass rate for both 9-3 and 12 AET classes. 
10. Successful creation and conduct of the formative assessment (speaking exams, listening exams) and SBQs despite the short notice from CDU.
11. Completed my first MBA module and got an 'A' in the assignment.

3. Good academic progress for the classes throughout the school year. Term 3 CA had high averages above 70% and pass rates of 80% and above with Grade 9-1 ADV (97%) and Grade 11-1 ENI (95%). Achievement rate - 14.
4. I met my annual goals with 88% achievement rate. I am so pleased with this result. (Achievement rate -14)

16. Served as a Form Teacher for Grade 9 class assisting the students in a smoother transition to a high school. I helped with learning "ins and outs" of our school system, school and class, technology use while supporting them behaviorally, socially and emotionally. (Achievement rate - 14)
17. I co-sponsored the GSL Club. I worked closely with a team to guide them to submit the yearly "Global Social Leaders" project to the UK Foundation. I supported students' efforts in preparing and launching the "Earth Hour" and "Ramadan" initiatives. (Achievement rate -14)
18. I co-sponsored the Debate Club which was successful this year attracting a number of younger students from Grade 9-10. Many interesting and enaging debates took place in Terms 1-2. (Achievement rate - 14)
