I have joined several meetings for class projects and club activities. For me, the easiest part of a meeting is listening to my friends’ ideas and writing down important points. However, I find it difficult to speak up and share my opinions because I feel shy, especially in English. I think meetings are important because they help the group make decisions together and stay organized. To make meetings better, I believe the chairperson should prepare an agenda and give everyone a chance to talk. This way, the meeting will be more focused and fair for all members.
