So many years together getting the job done for our kids. Your support and encouragement is abundant. You are always just a click away. I have never had to wait more then a few seconds to have a compliance questioned answered.
Rules come and go. What was important then is not important now. You ability to be flexible and non-judgmental is a skill I wish I had.

I know we don't get to see you as much, but so thankful to have you support our students and staff. I know what it is like to not have a Psych (thanks to Carol at PSE for filling in for those needs). I know PSE has you stretched across multiple campus and doing so many things to support, so thank you for doing all that you do and always being a chat for phone call away when needed! I know you wear SO many hats at PSE and take on so much, and I know they couldn't do it without you and OFL LB/Capo is lucky to have you!

I miss seeing you around when you used to do your center visits as you are such a ray of sunshine and joy! You always help people see their strengths and encourage them in this rollercoaster of working in education, especially lately. I admire your ability to coach, teach, and support so many roles and so many things and always feel honored when you come to me with questions or things as I know many of us look up to you. Where do I even start, as I have seen you in so many roles always willing to help at OFL - teaching myself and many others the ways, but also have had the pleasure of working with you as the parent to one of my students (it was fun supporting and teaching your son during summer). You embody all that is OFL of making this school feel like a different place - being supportive, willing to jump in and help in anyway that you can, and always doing so with kindness, respect, and understanding for others and life. You are such a great coworker, I know many of us admire you in many ways, and it's always so fun to just chat life with you to and learn all about you and your family. Thank you for being you!

I know most of what you do goes unnoticed by students and parents but OFL could not do it without you! You keep us in check and help us track all the data, make sure we are in line, and do it all with so much kindness, respect, and understanding. It has been such a pleasure getting to know you when you used to come down to Capo or when I would see you up in LB. Thank you for all that you do and still coming down from LB to support Capo as we learn to do things more independently. You have such a calm presence in all that you do and are always so willing to help even from a distance to make sure we have the supports we need to help our students be successful. It's been fun getting to know you and learn about your family during lunch breaks or chats at the center. Thank you for all you do to support our center, and all the centers in LB too as you carry so much of what goes on behind the scenes to make sure contracts are taken care of and we have what we need to do what we do day in and day out! We couldn't do it without you!

I feel like I haven't talked to you in forever - but I know you do SO much to help out all the CC's and centers go from just the day to day to planning all the events, trips, and coordinating so much! Our SES Lead who has done so much to carry our SPED team though SO many transitions in staff, teaching virtually and in person, and across centers and all the things. You are so great at taking all the new information, laws, paperwork, requirements and all the things that comes with SPED and breaking it down into key info for our teach and we so appreciate it. It's been a pleasure working alongside you as an SES and then working under you as you stepped into the lead role with grace and understanding. You have a wonderful ability to multitask and handle challenging situations while being so calm. Thank for you, your friendship, and for always being someone I can talk though things with with needed. Appreciate you SO much and hope you know how truly thankful our team is for you!

Your leadership is noticed and so appreciated as you get to know all of your staff, know us by name, and I know I have always appreciated when you say hi and check in when we see each other even if it's just in passing. I know you do so much in leading LB and have been so helpful in helping us at Capo grow and work our way to being one charter one school, while still allowing us to be a part of LB and using each other for resources and support. Yasmine ~ Thank you for all of the support you offer the Capo Team! You have a way of approaching students and parents that shows that you have their best interest at heart and want them to get the support they need. You are SO gifted in what you do and I have learned SO much from you about social/emotional knowledge and the craft of counseling.
