PREPARATION

1 Grilling the breast of chicken

2 Chop the tomato and onion into rings.

3 Frying in egg

After this, place the breast on the bread with the tomato, onion, lettuce and egg and add the sauce to your liking. Then place the other slice of bread on top and toast it over low heat.

PREPARATION JUICE

Place the ingredients in a blender until blended, then strain and serve in a glass.

2.Cook the egg over low heat for 1 and a half minutes, then add cheese for another 30 seconds.

3.Place the egg on the bread and place it on the grill for 1 and a half minutes.

4.Now just enjoy your egg and cheese mix and finish with that orange juice.

1 frying pan

Way of preparing

Place the frying pan to heat over low heat

Then add 3 spoons of tapioca, spread well

Leave for a minute

Remove and place on a plate, then place the 2 eggs in the frying pan with a little olive oil, fry until golden

Final step, place the fried eggs on top of the frying pan and the 2 slices of cheese too.

Fold the tapioca in half and it will be ready.
