First of all, confidence can build up in a supportive learning environment. This environment should make students feel safe and supported to take any risk of making mistakes during practice. Also, teachers should help students set realistic goals that are acceptable and achievable so students will try to put effort into the goal. Last but not least, don't compare yourself with others, just compare yourself with how you were yesterday.

On the other hand, it is important to keep it frequent to practice speaking for at least more than half an hour per day, and the way to practice is to read some English articles or imitate the dialog in English videos. Equally important, it is necessary to ask the teachers and classmates to give some feedback to make a better improvement.

2.The teacher has to be enthusiastic and kind. Besides, he needs to be excellent in teaching vocabularyand grammar. What's more, being patient is also a vital quality.

3.Before the class, students should preview the new unit ,so they could be familiar with the content they need to learn, In the beginning of the class, students should learn the key vocabulary which is the base of reading and writing.

After that, reading articles and discuss with each other, which could help students have a deep understanding of passages.

4.For ESL learners, my lesson plan is practical and useful due to the fact that each of them get improved and has better language skills after class
