         <description><![CDATA[<div>For EL student 1 I an accommodation I use is providing Spanish translations for all presentation slides, we also allow for all of our students to turn in late work at any point, we also have offer tutoring.  In regards to modifications we call parents regularly to make contact with their parent when needed and to give updates we also specifically send out invitations to our tutoring sessions for our ELLs.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>EL Student One <br>Accommodation: Vocabulary Instruction through word banks. Additionally, the encouragement of reading strategies and use of graphic organizers can be a great help for this student.<br><br>Modifications for this student also include highlighted and color coded vocab terms on their note slides. Youtube clips are also played with cc and played 75% playback speed. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>EL student 1: Lessons are based around images and videos along with annotated notes or clarifying points. This is for associating content with images. <br><br>Sentence starters and no late penalty on their big assignments.<br><br>Staying before and after class and office hours for students who are in need of clarification. ELs often show up. Peer tutors.<br><br>The first class of every unit is based around vocab acquisition.<br><br>Group work.</div>]]></description>
