The staff nurses said that they have already called the person in charge to come and educate the patient but I remember that there are no one coming to educate them and I'm not sure why. This goes on for the second day. I think this is some of the issues in which we had wasted the caregiver's and the client's time when the patient could have been discharge the day before. 

One more is about fasting, there are a few times where the patient complained about being super hungry and say that we are starving them etc but we have already informed them why they cannot eat.
