I remember the first time I entered the staffroom as a young, scared new teacher, you greeted me with your beautiful smile. It made me feel so welcomed.  You were my mom when I had lost mine. You won the sweepstake when you predicted the gender of my kids and gave me the finest advice when my kids were young. Every time you saw me you would always ask about my kids and my dad. You would always come to sit with me if you saw me having coffee or lunch by myself in the staffroom, you always had so much to say, your crackups would cheer me up whenever I was having a bad day. You would always give your time to everyone who came into the kitchen and you had many a story to tell. Thank you for always cooking sausage rolls for our dept. morning teas after I would leave you a scrappy note on a napkin asking politely if you wouldn't mind. They were always perfect! One of my favourite memories will always be of you "testing" the mic before staff briefing would begin, bursting out in beautiful song. You would instantly lift the morale of the staff and everyone would clap and cheer for you! I will miss you dearly but will never forget you!
