         <description><![CDATA[<h1>5.1 Gender equality and the gender gap in STEM</h1><div><br></div><div>In recent years I have noticed a large percentage of women who have been or still are interested in the study of engineering, mathematics and science subjects. the most populated sector remains, in my opinion the health and medical / scientific. However, there are good conditions for increasing the other sectors through a specific training obtained by a cutting-edge school preparation.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I like to remember Rita Levi Montalcini.<br>Rita Levi-Montalcini has always claimed to be a free woman. She grew up in "a Victorian world, which dominated the male figure and the woman had little chance," he said of having "suffered because I knew that our mental abilities - men and women - are the same: we have equal possibilities and different approach '.It has waived by choice in a husband and a family to devote himself entirely to science. With regard to his experience of women in science, he described the relations with employees and always friendly and egalitarian scholars, arguing that women are equal to men a huge reservoir of potential, although still far from achieving full social equality. </div>]]></description>
