The Information wall should contain the following:

-Identify The Ten Commandments of Computer Ethics

-Insert possible resources (e.g. images, videos, sound) that would aid people in complying with these rules.

-Address the following questions within this information wall.

Q1. Which of the Ten Ethical Computing Guidelines do you think students violate most often?

Q2. Why do you think these violations occur?

Q3. What do you think could be done to reduce or eliminate such unethical behavior?

I feel the commandment that is most violated by students in terms of computer use would have to be commandment 7 which states that a person should not take someone else’s work and say it is their own. I feel in today's world even with all of the technology teachers have to help with this it can still be hard to identify if a student is cheating or not. Although there is software I remember in middle and high school how much they would always say to never cheat and there were always so many kids who did. I feel it is obviously on the kids for doing this but also it can be blamed on technology. Before technology was such a big part of people's lives it was so much harder to cheat but now students have so many different ways especially with the introduction of AI that is why I feel this is the commandment students tend to break the most.

I would have to say that I think these violations occur because it is so easy for students to find other people's work and in today's age with students having so much going on in their lives it makes it difficult for them to give 110% to everything. Although I believe school should be a top priority for some students this is not the case and with how much technology there is out there and all of the different ways students can cheat I feel it makes it difficult for students who are not motivated to do the assignment to not give in.

Although this would not be possible to do for everything I feel that the only possible solution to this problem is to have students get more customized assignments to themselves forcing them to do it themself instead of tying it into a computer and looking for an answer. Another way this could be avoided is by having students do writing assignments and other important assignments in class on paper to monitor them and make sure all of their work is actually there.
