I liked how the officers and teachers always breathed life into the meetings. Even as a small time member at the beginning of the year, I could always connect with officers and members alike because of the vibe that meetings brought to us members.

I’d like to see more order. Usually it’s a mob waiting for the food they were promised so having some sort of order would be nice, or also counting the amount of members per meeting so we can track our member involvement.

I think I would like to see more interaction with students. For example summer bash, many kids were playing volleyball with eachother and throwing water balloons. Rather than a movie night where you just relax.

I think we should not only have fun games at meetings but maybe like let them try out showing an animal or judging a class to let them experiment with the many opportunities FFA brings.

I would say going out of your way and talk to new people. I think it’s important for officers to not stick to one group and meet new people.

I think in the morning when we’re walking the campus and see someone we recognize we should stop for a quick minute to get to know that person. Even if we see them in the lunch line start a conversation and get them to feel welcomed to our meetings.

Chapter officers need to not only influence new members to join CDEs, LDEs, SAEs though meetings and in their classrooms, but promote their involvement on social media so it reaches new members and spark their interests.

I believe from past experience like MFE being able for those to understand we are people to and can relate to all of them along with an explanation of teams in general and one or 2 dances where our chapter can bound and let lose having fun

Honestly if chapter officers can put themselves out there with CDE teams and raising livestock, it’s the best way to connect with members (and especially active members)

They should receive more involvement in our chapter activities, since each year usually brings 1-2 greenhand officers into chapter officer positions, like with Hope and Kaleb this year

The upcoming Greenhand officer team should help with getting our chapters discovery members involved and get new discovery members to join our organization.

I think our greenhand officers should be setting examples what it is like to be a leader especially to the younger audience. They should promote what they do to show what they do in a team like that and to get more people to step out of their comfort zones and maybe Ben get them to run one day.

I would say help the team. I think it’s important to have that support, and meet with them to make sure they are doing their job as well as having a fun time.

As upperclassman I think we should have much more maturity than the younger kids. Making sure they’re on tasks and following rules as an officer inside and outside of school will help keep them in that mindset of remembering who they are representing.

As a chapter officer I would need to set an example to the greenhand team so they know what it takes to make an effective team. Not only that but to be a helping hand though their journey as a greenhand team.

I can offer my guidance and advice. I believe that we could all be assigned a greenhand officer we could mentor, the same way that teachers mentor us chapter officers.

We didn’t do much community service with the Clovis Rodeo this year, so I’d like to see that again. Also doing events like Young Eagles Car & Air show is always nice, because of the beverages they provide and the cool cars/planes you can always check out.

We could try and get ourselves in the news? I’m sure local news stations would be glad to come see the great things we have done as a chapter, and it’d be a great way of showing ourselves off to other folk and high schoolers who would have otherwise not know what FFA is.

I think an average member should feel welcomed and gain many new experiences within the chapter. I think they should see what it is like to work seeing the officers put on events and meetings. Hoping they take what they see from their officers and apply it to their future.

They will gain the knowledge of what FFA stands for through the 3 circle model. In being apart of our chapter the average FFA member should know about experiences within the classroom, FFA, and SAEs.

I would tell them that even if they don’t enjoy ag or aren’t interested in an agricultural career, the class still provides them with so much opportunity, as well as extracurricular activities if they so choose.

Not only dose ag give you an opportunity to learn in the class room it gives you the opportunity to learn outside as well ag if a very open and welcoming community you invites everyone as family to learn and participate in events we throw activities that will be sure to get you up and going this we’ll help you become a better person in the long run

I would inform them about my own personal experience and my journey though FFA, the organization has impacted and changed my life for the better. It’s a great opportunity to find your passion and learn the skills you will use for a lifetime.

One thing I would tell them is we are definitely a smaller community on the other side of campus but we are a family. Everyone knows everyone and we all are so happy to be part of the FFA. We work with cute animals and have fun classes where we learn so many cool things. We learn how to cook, weld, plant, and even learn how to do injections on live animals.

I would have to say the Turkey's, not only is it out of the normal but I think it’s funny. It’s a topic that they would enjoy. I would also bring up the farmers market bc it supports ffa and also you get good food.

I would go over our barns, pasture, shop, row crops and orchard. I would highlight these parts because it shows what we have to offer .

I would hilight our food science lab, barns, and the shop. The food science lab is such a cool place to learn behind the scenes and more in depth how your food Is prepared and what are the guidelines on how to properly cook or put together a dish. Learning about food safety is important to learn especially and we get older.

The shop is a great place for students who want to purse in the welding and engineering field. It hands on and we have great teachers that get you involved in many projects even teams where you can compete and travel overnight. The barns are a special place, kids who love to work with animals love it here. You have the opportunity to raise your own animals and learn how to take care of them properly whether you learn how to inject vaccine, bathe them or learn how to properly create their diet.

First I would tell them what the farm is and about all the SAEs out chapter provides. Then I would inform them about the classroom aspect of our chapter, where students just like myslef get to learn about the agricultural industry and knowledge to guide them to future success. Lastly I would tell them about the orchard and where students get to grow and the food we grow.

I would explain the animals becouse everyone who loves animals have a big impact in that area along with the shop mechanics welding wood shop green house planting and growing crops these are not only popular classes but these are the ones where it seems to make connect to us all

I would highlight our ruminate barn, since so many parents and kids love the sheep and cattle we have in the barn, but i would also highlight our food lab (since I’ve worked in it quite a bit) and our expansive farm that is hand worked by students like myself. It shows truly how expansive FFA can be, from food science to farm-to-table to livestock management.
