         <description><![CDATA[<p>If I had £5.87 and I wanted to know how much money I had (to the nearest 10p) I would need to round it.</p><p>The £5.87 would need to be rounded to £5.90 because 87p is closer to 90p than to 80p!</p><p>(this links back to 'the rule')</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>there is always going to be a 'decider'.</p><p>The decider is the number that decides weather a number round up or down.</p><p>For example: if i wanted to round 7.46 to the nearest tenth the hundredth digit is the decider. the number would round up to 7.50.</p><p>The rule: if the decider is 1,2,3 or 4; the number rounds down!</p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; if the decider is 5,6,7,8 or 9 the number rounds up!]]></description>
