         <description><![CDATA[<div>Politicians during this time saw the sudden boom of factories and people that flocked to England and Wales as bad. They were scared of the population growing to mass amounts that would not be able to be taken care of due to the limited resources that were at the time. They blamed the lower class for all of the events that happened including the boom in population and the factories. </div>]]></description>

They did not like the idea of them at all but then again they were the only people who would be able to change the way factory works would work. </div>]]></description>
