Slide: should use more of visual aids such as transparencies, diagrams, pictures, charts… Each transparency / slide should contain limited and essential information only. No slide should be kept on for a long time. It will make the presentation interesting, keeps the audience from getting bored and they will focus on your picture, your chart…

Content: adapted to your audience, relate your presentation massage/ idea to the interests of  the audience.

-        Analysis of the needs, age, educational background, language, anf culture of the target audience

-        Concise and should be focus on the topic, it should not be move off-track

-        Have the potential to convey the required information

Speaker:

-        Before present

+ affirmative and optimistic before giving presentation. Should ensure all tools and equipments to be used in presentation are working well

+ have a presentable appearance while giving  a presentation

+ reharse and practice the presentation: help the speaker to be more confident anf self- assured

+ plan how to begin the presentation, what to speak in the middle of presentation and how to end the presentation without losing audience interests at any point of time

-        When present:

+ should be transform the fear  into the positive, be calm and relexed while giving a presentation

+ develop an eye contact with the audience

+ focus on conveying your message well and use a positive body language

+ try facing the audience rather than the screen

-        End present:

+ encourage more questions from the audience

+ summarize the presentation at the end, give final comments, leave a positive impact upon the audience

+ try to gain and maintain audience interest by usinh positive quotes, humous or remarkable fact

And Then if you honestly say thank to customer’s complaints, you will have the chance to listen to them more.

Tip number 3 is to really hear what they are complaining for any reasons and reply that you have received the complaint. After that you goal is to end the conversation with a true apology and gratitude for the customer.

After offering an apology, it’s necessary to decide and propose some ways to support your customer such as exchanging a defective item for a new one.

The last, Be flexible when customers are not happy with your proposed solution. Set a policy to give them gift cards to a local coffee shop which are provided free or at lower price for your company

There are some tips for you to prepare to handle the  complaint of customer.

+ When deal with customers’ complaints, don’t let your personal emotions affect your reaction. Calmly listen and respond to your customers.

+ It’s not a good solution to challenge your customers’ complaints. Listen to your customers instead of telling they are wrong.

+ Show your thankfulness to your customers. Let them know that you appreciate their time to share about their concern or complaints.

+ You should offer support to your customers, which means you suggest one or some solutions for them. However, you have to decide what works best in that situation.
